Importance of suffering during Railway Journeys....
Railways has to give priority for Old Age people, Handicapped, Women and Children on priority.
It seems to be very annoying that ,all these people need to travel all through the foot over bridges, along with their luggage and elders or children.
Please to provide escalators, lifts, more battery run vehicles for drop and most importantly the TROLLEY ..which will help them to carry their own luggage..
try to minimize the unwanted and unnecessary people like beggars, private sales people, etc
Increase the CCTV, Railway protection Force, and minimize the dependency of forming long queues for Tickets, Reservations, by providing automatic machines or issue the smart cards.
more and more are there to discuss, let me address rest at later stages.....

Remove all eatery stalls from rly platforms.There are no stalls on Navi Mumbai stations.Only Wheeled Venders may be allowed to sell dry packed food ,Fruits etc.Cooked food quality is always bad on platforms.Stalls occupy undue space on already cramped platforms. more

Tickets can be purchased from the post office. If this facility not available for TATKAL tickets then this should be brought to notice of the Railway Minister. For TATKAL tickets, the facility at the counters should be made from a separate counter. This shall also create a job ... maybe part time. more
