Illegal & over charge by OLA / Uber
There is toll charge on commercial taxi entering Delhi levied by Delhi govt/ Corp which customer pay and this charge is added in taxi bill but there is no toll for taxis entering Noida. Ola is charging customers for this as well, other day when I travelled from Mathura Rd to Noida, Ola operator included Rs 100/ as tollcharge in the bill for Rs 466/, this amounts Robert and fraud with govt as Ola is not paying toll for entry to Noida. more

Write to Ola of this charges and i assure you they will credit the excess charges to youraccount,file the complaint from your app when that ride is concluded. more

Since Ola company is charging this toll tax as their system, a complaint preferably with the judicial agencies need to be taken up. If not possible atleast take the complaint with Transport Department. While the consumer on raising the complaint with Ola would get the refund but it is also appreciated that many of the non-vigilant consumers may continue to be facing such fraudulent practices of the Ola. Ola is also charging toll tax while travelling from City to Airport in Bangalore which otherwise is not chargeable. more

They charge this toll tax on the plea that while going back they will have to pay but reality is that while entering Delhi back from Noida the person who has hired the taxi after you pays the toll tax. A formal complaint should be lodged with Ola. more

OLA's system problem. They are yet to reset the system as per the latest scenario. OLA should refund the amount to all its customers who have been wrongly charged. OLA should credit this amount to individuals who used OLA services and OLA should communicate all such users by SMS for action taken. more

Make a written complaint to OLA HO and to the Minister Mr.Gadkari and Mr.Yogi CM of UP your money will be reversed. more
