There is large scale money laundering happening in farm supply chain.
Hoarders going to Grain Merchant with 10 Cr black
Merchant takes black of 10 cr giving him RTGS of 8 cr
Merchant takes 10 CR black cash to Distributor, gets RTGS of 8.5 CR
Distributor takes 10 CR black to wholeseller gets 9 CR RTGS (takes 10 such transactions)
Wholeseller takes 10 CR black to Mill owner gets 9.5 CR RTGS (takes 20 such transactions)
Mill owner uses cash with farmers to buy grains.
Farmer deposits into his bank account.
Nice whole supply chain benefits.
A whole bunch of babus and netas working through this.
Investigate this and seize all accounts based on their average transactions in past year vs Nov Dec. more

If doctor does not guarantee to cure patient completely, It does not mean that we should stop the treatment. There is always hope to cure the patient at least to some some extent. more

There should be no doubt, black money will remain in India till our corrupt politicians are in the Government. Single Modi cannot deliver results. It is far far difficult. Our leaders are suggesting the people to arrange marriage within 2.5 lakh while our leader from the ruling Govt are spending ostentatiously without any restrictions. Poor people are helpless while our leaders are not helpless. The obtain money without any obstacles. It has been true 'Might is right" and this is true in each ruling Parties. There should be one standard. Changing version time and again reflects the attitude of the policy makers. This also reflects that Govt is in dilemma and hence people cannot rely on our leaders. Our Hon'ble PM Modi should think about it and do not allow change in the policy reflecting inefficient bureaucracy. RBI Gov was not also not aware about such situation. I do not call him good economists. Good economist is that who takes decision contentiously and no in haste. The lay men should not suffer from such change as it happen now. Very bad show on the part of Central Govt and it policy makers. All responsible should be shown their way to home. We do not such inefficient policy makers. They are burden on our exchequer. Our business man are genius in making such transactions, so we need to find ways to put them to order, as public also must act and not leave everything to government... if we insist on buying everything with invoice only then things may start changing too... MERA BHARAT MAHAN more

Such stories must be verified before it is posted on such circles,otherwise it will be an encouragement to the black marketeers.Which will be against the objective of fighting against corruption.On the other way,if it is true than the member who noticed it should move ahead by escalating such acts to the competent authority,like,IT/Police/CBI etc. more
