As employer you cannot delete the KYC once approved. If something wrong has been approved then immidiately upload the correct kyc.If u donot have correct info regarding KYC, then as employer send a written letter with reasons to epfo to disapprove the same and take the receipt also. more

Hi, You must have your log in ID for EPF. Just Log In and go to the KYC Tab. There you and edit it and put new KYC information, which could be updated by your Employer for further action. It is very easy. Hope this will help you more
