MORE IMPORTANT IS RULE, APPLIED ON US FOR LATE PAYMENTS. EPFO ,LOOKS LIKE AN ADMINISTRATIVE INSTITUTION, NOT SERVICE SECTOR. THEY SHOULD PAY. WE SUFFER FOR LATE PAYMENT.THEY CARE FOR NONE.EVEN BANKS HAVE DISPLAYED TIME COMPLETION CHARTS LIKE DD MAKING TIME ETC.BUT EPFO TILL NOW, HAS NOTHING LIKE THIS. FOR INTEREST PAYMENTS, PAYMENT TIME MUST BE MADE CLEAR AS PER LAW BY EPFO.`

epfo has got so much funds what is preventing them to pay the same to customers.It is high time that legal notice should be given to them for the payment and if delayed then they need to pay with interest.It should be brought to the notice of the FM. more

EPFO Bangalore division has not paid the Interest on the 2021-2022 accumulated amount and delaying it further without any valid reasons. If this pattern continues, we will not know when the interest payment on the 2022-2023 amount will be credited to us. Who will be held liable for this deficiency? Should we not file a complaint against them and highlight this deficiency in service to PMO? more
