full service not reflecting while processing Form 10D on line along with verifiedscheme certificate
Earlier I applied form 10D offline at RPFO cuddapah (AP) for pension claim on superannuation. There was no response for verification of scheme certificate for about 3yrs. Finally I could get verification on my personal visit of follow up with concerned RPFO Delhi. After that RPFO cuddapah asked me to apply fresh through on line. Inspite of so many errors of web site I was finally able to start processing claim in their web site on fine day. In the claim process when I submitted my scheme certificate it was accepted and at the end I am supposed complete the claim by submitting OTP. The movement OTP is entered and submitted, process was stopped and was showing " service les than 10 years ".
The UAN based on line system was started in 2014. Here I wish to inform the circle that my scheme certificate service is 5.5 yrs and my service from 2014 to retirement is 2 yrs. As per me, it seems the system is taking total 7.5 yrs and showing message less than 10yrs. Where as the service prior to 2014 about 7yrs is clearly showing in my pass book entry. My actual service comes to 14yrs plus. For resolving this problem RPFO Cuddapah is not responding to my mails. At this juncture what I should do to short out this problem of service showing less in website record. I sincerely request circle members to guide me to resolve the problem to get through on line claim of form 10D pending since 2017.
