CORRUPTION CAN BE CONTAINED BY CENTRAL GOVERNEMENT ONLY.POLITICIANS START AMASSING FUNDS IMMEDIATELY AFTER END OF ELECTION TO FINANCE NEXT ELECTION.IN FACT CENTRAL GOVERNEMENT SHOULD AMEND ELECTION RULES BY MEETING ELECTION EXPENSES BY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.2- DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS TO CRIMINALS SHOULD BE COMPLETELY BANNED3- CANDIDATES SHOULD BE ASKED TO EXPRESS THEIR VIEWS ON TELEVISION SO THAT ELECTION EXPENSES ARE REDUCED.4-ELECTION PROCESS SHOULD BE MADE FOOL PROOF,AIRTIGHT AND WATERTIGHT.5- INDEPENDENT OBSERVERS SHOULD OVERSEE THE ELECTION ARRANGEMENTS.6-POLITICIANS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY IN VOTING ROOMS.7-ARMY SHOULD BE DEPLOYED AT VOTING CENTERS.8-STRICT CODE OF CONDUCT SHOULD BE IMPLIMENTED.9-AT THE TIME OF ELECTION ALL CRIMINALS & HISTORY SHEETERS SHOULD BE IMPRISONEDTILL ELECTION RESULTS ARE DECLARED.. more

We must look at practical life and mass corruption at lower levels which affects masses more and come up with solutions for those stages first, while keep covering higher levels too-- 1. One major solution is digitisation of all applications with govt departments, and reduce human interface to minimal, which will make things easier for common man 2. Make all government accountable for each acts, and in the event of non performance or wrong approvals, the officers must be accountable always 3. Remove all VIP culture, where all are treated at par, and remove all security covers to most people mainly all past ministers and politicians except where it is must, which will make all common citizens and face same situation and wrong patronage will go away. 4. All civil servants must be made to file Assets statement of self and whole family, every 3 years minimum and these statements analysed regularly. Lets bring message through our schools for younger generation to learn better life too and find ways as per suggestions JAGO BHARAT JAGO more

Water flows from top to bottom, so the authority and the corruption. Modi ji like PM could have shown an example compromising the second term or sacrificing the greed for future. Each of us know the measure, how to stop the corruption.Even a primary school student know it and can implement it. Within very short time Late Sri Lal Bahdur Shastri, Ex. PM have established his reputation, entire country worship him, irrespective of party, caste, creed, Hindu, Muslim and opposition. Modi ji would have set an example for the entire nation, without waiting for the last quarter of his 5th year term of grand victory. more

वर्तमान संसदीय एवं चुनाव प्रणाली मे भ्रस्टाचार पर अंकुश संभव नहीं प्रतीत होता है क्यूंकी भ्रस्टाचार की गंगोत्री तो संसद ही है और यदि कोई ईमानदार चुन भी जाता है तो उसकी चलने नहीं दी जाएगी ? यह कैसी चुनाव प्रणाली है जिसमे जेल मे बंद व्यक्ति चुनाव लड़ सकता है पर वोट नहीं दे सकता है ? जिसमे वोट देने का अधिकार सिर्फ वॉटर के चुनाव छेत्र मे ही है पर चुनाव वह कहीं से भी लड़ सकता है ? यह कैसा प्रजातन्त्र है जिसमे अल्पमत से चुने गए सरकार बनाते है क्यूंकी कोई ऐसा नियम नहीं है की 50%+ वोट पाने वाला ही विजयी हो ? भ्रस्टाचार की परिभाषा को पुनः परिभाषित करने की ज़रूरत है - वोट देने के लिए यदि वॉटर को पैसा दिया जाये तो भ्रस्टाचार है पर यदि वॉटर को वोट देने के लिए ऋण माफी का लालच दिया जाये तो भ्रस्टाचार क्यूँ नहीं है ? इसलिए वर्तमान संबिधान मे आमूल-चूल परिवर्तन के बिना भ्रस्टाचार समाप्त करने की बात संभव नहीं more

The problem is this has to be implemented by the very same politicians who are criminals and corrupt. The assumption that corruption by politicians is to find money for the next election is absolutely wrong. In addition to looting by the corrupt politicians, the common man's money will be used for election also. That will be a cruelty to the toiling public who are already shedding their sweat and blood to make both ends meet. Only practical solution is action by voters.
