How to address Political Corruption

The political corruption in India could easily be addressed by following the following 04 points:
1.All political parties must come under RTI, so, that their accounts could be audited not only by EC but by CAG and it must be made available on the party websites for the people
2. No donation in cash or from any anonymous sources but through Online or Cheque Transaction
3. No candidate with Criminal or Economics Offence or involved in corruption back ground if he or she has been either charge sheeted and booked for Imprisonment of even a single day by any court
4. Candidates Qualification be at least made Graduation

I am 100% if these points are implemented the political corruption shall come to halt immediately soon after the implementation. more

How. Will the politicians make rules against their own. more
A novel idea. It is not mandatory qualification should be Graduation. Make the Person to work for the country in Defence Services for 5 Years and stand for the election. Some self discipline will be there. Further the Government should think of granting pension only if a person has served for 20 Years and should not be above 60 Years. We should never make the Government fund the expenses then the ruling Government will do all tricks to fund their own Party. more
