Last month, 7 police officers were caught red handed taking bribe at various police stations, as shown by Aaj Tak. Within no time, AAP Govt. ordered ACB enquiry and all culprits were to be arrested next morning.
Commissioner of police immediately contacted Union Home Minister who in turn ordered CBI enquiry, just to avoid ACB enquiry, pretending to be serious about the matter.
Now, when matter has calmed down in media, CBI has refused to make enquiry and given back cases to Delhi Police for enquiry. Everybody knows how honestly police shall enquire against own department officers.

In every state police is used as fund rasing tool by the ruling party. If you hope that police will be cleaned, you are wrong. All such type of chanes can be brought only by cleaning from top to bottom. more
