How can we have Swachh Bharat with all this dog shit lying around
One needs to be careful while walking on the streets to avoid stepping into dog shit.
The main reason for this is the huge number of stray dogs all over the country.
How can we have Swachh Bharat when there are millions of dogs defecating in the middle of our streets. This is because of a strange law that bans killing of dogs in India.
Is it not strange that killing of cows is allowed in many parts of India as states can make their own laws but killing of stray dogs is banned in the whole country by a central law.
To get Swachh Bharat the government must change the law banning killing of dogs otherwise with the ever increasing population of stray dogs our streets will be littered with dog shit left by these pests. more

Irvinderji, I am with you...we should not take it personally, like some people takes it. We are jointly trying to take out some solution for a common problem arising day-by-day. We are not against any animals but just open another zoo for "dogs of different breeds" and let them enjoy in a bracket area. more

Madam' ask the same question to Moin Quraishi .Don't we have slaughterhouses? In some far eastern countries and in NE people consume dog meat ....( just do a Google on 'dog meat' and see the 'images' ) Wish these animal activists become more proactive towards cow- protection . I have turned total vegetarian BTW. more
