How can startups/smes do MCA compliances
startups and small businesses should be spared the rigours of complying with MCA’s active requirements. No corporate building owner will let a small startups put a board outside building. Where is ease of doing business?? more

if the builder doesnt allow you just make a print out of your company logo and address, stick it outside your office door, take photo, then remove it. But i am sure any builder owner will allow you to put your company name plate outside your office door.. I agree with Jayant that seeking exemption on this count is not the solution. more

The Regulation has neither specified the size of the Board nor of the lettering - the signage can be above/below any Window on the Floor at which your office is located. There are ways to deal with regulation - seeking exemption from compliance is NOT the solution. more

You have to put board anywhere, it shouldn't be a nightmare for you or any ome else i guess more

I don't understand - you have a place of business, you have an address where postman or courier person will deliver letters/articles, that is the address where your vendors may sometimes come to visit you, that is where you and your employees stay for the working hours. The board only informs all these people about your existence. If you are paying the building owner some rent, why should he object to your putting up a board outside the premises? more
