This is good that authorization of unauthorized colony & providing flats to poor is on same place. But most important is to stop any more unauthorized colony & juggi...which is MCD preview...all @ MCD & police allows it by having small money more
tatas are doing very good job in this field, their model needs to be accessed and may be adopted more
Sub: *Unfair/unlawful practice by ACP Sh. Kumar Gyanesh DANICS-97 Batch * Respected Sir, With due respect I want to draw your kind attention that on 22.02.07, I left for office as per my daily routine with my office bag and Tiffin. I was forcibly picked up by Sh. Kumar Gyanesh, ACP of Sultanpuri PS, and I was badly beaten by him & detained in Police Station. Then wrongfully implicated me in a case FIR-31/2007 under section 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 151, 186, 353, 120-B I.P.C and 3, 4 Prevention of Damage to Public property Act and sent to judicial custody. He had arrested me & other 21 persons in the morning about 8 AM and produced us before Court of Law. He detained us for a long time at Vishram Chowk, Rohini, Delhi so that office time of the court could be avoided, whereas our advocate was waiting in the court. When the time of the court was over, he called the M.M. Rohini court from his residence. M.M. Prasahant Kumar visited at the Vishram Chowk and just gave a look to 22 women & men and without asking any question from anybody, he signed the papers produced by police and police carried the 22 persons to Jail. It seems that ACP had greed for bribe. If this was not his intention then he should produce the 22 persons in the court in time. Sir, I have devoted major part of life in developing my career. I have done *M.Sc.* (Botany), *N.D.* (Delhi), *PGDHRM* (IGNOU), *PGDLL* (Kota University), *M.B.A *(Kurukshetra University) and I have successfully completed 6 months Hindi training and I secured *cent percent marks (100%)* in Hindi Training organized by *Home Ministry*, Govt. of India. They told as a witness in front Vigilance Officers that *Dr. Pradeep Gupta took active participation against the demolition drive in Utsav Vihar on 21.02.2007* which is incorrect as on that day, *I was present in my office from 9.33 AM to 5.59 P.M., which is a Govt. of India *office under Ministry of Minority Affairs. The *F.I.R No. 31/2007* was prepared by *I.O.* Rajbir Singh and the same was accepted by *S.H.O* Baljeet Singh/*ACP* Gyanesh. The above-said 3 officers including *ACP Gyanesh showed their* *ulterior design in victimizing innocent person in the false case*. Due to the unmindful act of ACP, I was suspended from service. The *General Manager (P)*, NMDFC, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India* (Inquiry Officer)* also investigated and found me innocent and reinstate me in service. Do you feel any person of considerable educational accomplishment will ever involve directly or indirectly in such acts of omissions as has been charged against me by Police? Does it sound logical that a person of my status should be implicated in such a crime and has been charged? *Seeing the above incident I think the ACP Sh. Kumar Gyanesh in question is a man of low mentality & negative, rigid, proudy person who does not care about justice and provision of Indian Penal Code. He considers himself to be above law of the land and his acts are inhuman and oppresive. He is not fit for the public service. He is not capable of his post which he is having. Only competitive examination and interview passed officers should not be eligible for doing such type of high level post. The public posting needs possession of human qualities so as to deal with social problems.* Your goodself is *requested to verify the above facts* and *if I am found innocent / true* then ACP Sh. Kumar Gyanesh should be punished or suspended from his service. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, *(Dr. Pradeep Gupta)* s/o Sh. Ram Shankar Prasad Gupta House No. 4, Main Road Sukhbir Nagar, Karala, *Delhi – 110 081* * Mobile No. 9810155209* On 3 February 2015 at 10:58, BJP Samvad Cell Delhi State < support@localcirclesmail.com> wrote: > more
I am an individual when I talk around, what I notice is even 'pare-likhe' still getting swayed by promise of 'free everything' by one particular political party. There probably needs to be some voter education program even though at the last minute.. more
THese discussions are good and constructive and productive. Buut one needs to be careful about peopple who are making promises to make utilities free of cost for citizens and also promising everything. In this world, nothing happenes for free. One needs to work for development and generate employment, fake promises are non-starters, but we tend to get fooled easily and then keep getting fooled. more
