I am struggling to run a pvt ltd co. with no orders.I do not want to close it as it has good future potential. But to file the gst return for nil return i am struggling. with adecent exposure to computer knowledge i am wasting so much time i am unabe to imagine the hardships of people with limited knowledge running companies strugling hard to be in the business with allward downward trend in business with the introduction of gst which assure guaranteed benefit of 18% to govt whereas the businessman is satisfied with 10% .if one goes to auditors they charge fancy price unindful of your turn over. Previously the return could be done with EVC verification. I do not know what happened? When i raise a query on this no response. when i send a mail no response.
Why not waive gst return for companies with nil return or a simple statement for companies within 10 laks annual turn over?
Many honest people do the business not to amass wealth not to cheat bank by fradulant means ,but to eke out decent living as they are not given govt employment.
Govt employees who got govt jobs by chance arm twist the entrepreneurs and businessmen to the maximum extent with the unfavorable procedures drawn to play down the non govt people.
Govt employees and auditors and tax consultants who do not produce anything and who live on others toil are benefitted and there is a sustained scheme to make the position of small entreprenuers like small agricuturists making clear that you be an industrial giant by hook or crook or perrish more

I have not heard anyone complain that filing GST returns is cumbersome.

If having difficulty, just talk to a CA. Why do you need an auditor for this? Most CAs would do it for a nominal fee. more

Pay to the concern GST adviser to fill the return.
Slowly learn and try to do it own.
Previously filling income tax we needed a tax consultant but now not necessary more
Sir, Don't get depressed. Filling returns etc don't cost much. There are ready made softwares available in the market. You need a good accountant CA or not . If you look around you can surely find one. Please let me know which city you come from. more
