As far as I know, if you are in exempt category..Handloom or vegetables, grain, you need not have GST for intra state sale also. Exempt is exempt even for exports. Now, question is of online..this you must talk to a CA doing GST work. If it is exempt under GST should also be exempt online. vegetables are also sold online , are they taxed in GST? more
Innumerable business activities have been operating since years without even thinking of having to charge and paying taxes.

Fortunately for the Indian market, finally there is a taxing system in place. Why then try to find ways around it? If taxes have to be charged and paid on to the government, please do it.

High time to let this country of ours be like other countries of the world. Come to think of it, there is a lot that yet needs to be done..If we do not contribute towards development of our own country, who else would??? more
You have to register as small scale Industry, you are going to get SSI registration number at a very nominal cost.
This helps you even for loans etc.
At this stage GST registration is not required.
Small scale Industry registration comes under respective state Governments. more
