GST

1. GST on services should be reduced.
2. GST collections should be from the buyer. Let the buyer deduct the GST amount and pay it to the Govt. Most of the SME work for corporates. These buyers have their own rule to process the bill like quarterly billing, approval after verification etc. The payment 45 days / 30 has no meaning as these delaying factors are a big pain to the SME. more

Or For SME's there should be a provision of paying GST against realization of payment and not against raising of service invoice. It is true that many a times it takes 90 days to receive payment which effects the cash flow more

THE IDEA IS NOT VERY BAD. IT WILL ALSO STOP HIDING OF THE GST TO THAT EXTENT. more
