GST Penalty

greeting to you all ! regarding GST penalty waiver for those who did not pay till october 2018 was waived of by the government or GST Department. i paid penalty of about 82,000 took this money on 5% interest form outside and cleared all dues with interest and penalty. to compy and obey the law. now i feel very much cheated by the GST department. I suspect theremight have been internal info leaked or someone lobied behind Govt to waive off the penalty to help near and dearone of the. i am very much dissappointed with this. i want the govt to refund all the penalties they collected since they were not fully ready while implimeting GST. small time business person like me whose turn over is less than 25 lakh per annum just can not afford. some one should take this to govt. thank you friends.
