We can definitely question Yogi but the issue is why courts kept the case pending for 22 years. It is definitely shame on the part of our literate JUDGES and the legal processes. more

Yes, Aloke ji, you are right. Delayed decisions or no decisions should not be permitted.
In my opinion a court must take a decision within 3 years if a case is of National interest.
Normally I would say the case should be decided within three hearings and these must take place within one year. more
