Govt Land Encroachment and Corruption- Issues

- Political short sightedness. - Political corruption and vote bank politics - Peoples lack of social and ethical morality. No respect for the law or the nation. - Stealing of land by using religion as a tool. Install a statue or idol and then claim the land. - Building mafia and land mafia in collusion with political parties and bureaucrats. For e.g. The 80 feet road in Hitech city hyderabad where a lake has been illegally filled and a Mosque built over it and a whole tenement has grown around it. - Political parties when they come into power convert all illegal construction into regulated buildings and covert illegal punishable offenses into legal legitimate action. They encourage and facilitate illegal activities and in the bargain grab large tracts of govt land themselves. - Complaints made to the municipal corporation does not yield any results and infact the officers leak the information on the complainant and put them at risk. - Lack of judicial response / corruption / inefficiency makes it an ideal situation for illegal activities and gangs to operate freely and with impunity. For eg. The 80 feet road in Hyderabad - Hitech city is a point in case where all the buildings are illegal and have been identified as such by the MCH for over a year. According to reports all the parties involved have made huge sums of money and everyone has turned a blind eye to the same. Suggestions - No illegal construction should be regulated and given legitimacy. - System to inform or register complaints on illegal construction or land grabbing cases. - Some body other than the judiciary should have the authority to remove / demolish illegal building and tenements. Illegal buildings should be demolished within 24 hours of being established as illegal. - If in court should be closed within 6 months. What is the delay? They either have their papers or they don't what is there to ponder over. - All files and land holdings should be reviewed and mapped every year to ensure that all illegal construction is tracked and demolished. - All municipal offices should be strictly monitored and corrupt officials should be strictly punished. more  

We have to initiate from our family first to stop the bribe and corruption, then society, then state. more  

ENCROCHING GOVT LANDS IS EASY WAY TO BECOME RICH WHICH IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS POLITICAL UPGRADTION TO THE LEVEL OF CORPORATOR TO MP.We all know that govt.officers are now a days not being allowed to be strict and if strict he/she will be transferred to any no.of time IN THE INTEREST OF SERVICE a nice word they use.If any officer try to take back they approach some small court and GET A STAY WHICH WILL BE NEVER GOT VACATED FOR YEARS AND IN THE MEANTIME UNDER THE GARB OF STAY HE WILL CONSTRUCT COMMERCIAL COMPLEXES AND SELL TO BECOME MORE RICH.SO NO PRIVATE PARTY SHOUILD BE ALLOWED TO GET STAY EASILY AND IF ANYBODY GET IT SHOULD BE GOT VACATED AND ACTED UPON SWIFTLY TO CURB THIS MEANCE more  

Corruption never helps Country to Grow its Economy. So it is Essential by Citizen of India for Discourage of Corruption. start from your own community , then Ward basis. Also you can advice State Governtment or Central Govertment on Corruption. If you Find any Indiviual or a Company involved in Corruption then informed CBI through mail or ED through mail. Request to hide your name ,mobile no, identity.Also Central Government Vigilance cell or Anti Corruption Department can also be informed. But be Sure before you mail, that your authenticity is proven one. otherwise ,false statement is a crime. Have sufficient proves in hand & then only send mail. I should Say, Our Honble Priminister Realise that in India Black Money generation getting increse day by day.so he took decision for demoneytisation.Initial citizen of India faced lot of difficulties including me. But with Support of People Of India & All State Goverments, Bank, RBI , now thing has normalised. It is a Good example for stop Corruption. Also NPA of Banks, Recently President of India passed a Bill. Gateze Notification issued by Finance Ministry.Now RBI & Banks can recover their NPA without going to Court. My personal feeling is Corruption ward gives a bad name to Other Countries. Now INDIA is very strong in Economy after demoneytisation. Budget for 2017-2018 is good. GDP is Up. We are hoping that GDP will improve Further. Share Market Curve is going up. more
