If you go to any Allopath, they will straight away suggest you for immediate knee replacement. There is Ayurvedic treatment at Jadi Booti farm, Nanda ki chauki on dehra dun- vikas nagar highway. There is a diet restrictions and charges Rs. 1400 for full month. My wife got better with the treatment. You can search on google and you tube for the Jadi Booti farm in Dehra Dun more
