Catching corrupt people's S easy but getting them convicted is difficult .we must try to modify laws and Spl courts ,summary courts in camera with direct evidence .If we can convict all corruption will stop. Funds are with vigilence dept of home .only sincere officers and non uniformed staff with powers are needed with out politicians interference . more  

Dear sir,   The corruption can be seen from the lowest  levels  to the top levels in almost all the Gov. & non Gov .organizations. In order to overcome on this problem, we have to do the following : 1) Identification  of points of corruption . 2) Identification  of  root cause  of corruption . 3) To develop solutions  to eleminate the root cause  of the  corruption .The system should be foolproof  & with no possibility of discretion or minimum as far as possible.    4) To introduce  transparency  in the system & should be known to all concerned  people.               In order  to  elaborate my point ,I wish to take up the case of implementation  of the  recommendations of all the Pay Commissions . It can be seen from the records  that ,the implementation of the recommendations were never smooth  in all the organizations  as well as in all positions.  I wish to inform to the team that even the 6th pay commission reco mendations have not been fully implemented even to day  in the case of the pensioners of GBPUA & T, Pantnagar, Udhamsingh, Uttarakhand. This is clearly because of incomplete recommendations which have several loopholes and need discretion at several points  . This give rise to corruptions at various levels and in varous departments (Treasury, & Income Tax ) .                                                             (1) In order to systematize  the implementation of pay revision ,there is a need to standardize the pay scales all over the country.  (2)The Recommendations should be clear and without any provision  of discretion.  (3) The  Recommendations  should be implemented  wef.the start of the financial  year rather than from 1st January. (4) The recommendations should be implemented by all the states/ Gov. & Non Gov. Organizations at the same time.  (5) All the recommendations  should be clear and known  to all those who are affected by the recommendations.       I guess this will reduce the problems  of the staff who are involved in preparations of pay / pension as well as those who are the recipient  of this amount. I am amazed at the approach to eradicating corruption.Please note that no fund is required for preventing corruption. It just requires a bit of guts and cooperation of every individual.My slogan is ,"Each one, catch one!". I exposed the following scams in one PSU without any additional resources: (i) Recruitment on interview basis in the PSU was stopped by the CBI since it was designed to recruit pre-selected candidates of ministers and top officials. (ii) Transfer of one Dy. Secretary in Delhi was stopped because he merely wanted to enjoy the perks in the PSU. (iii) A Rs 73 crore scam was investigated by the CBI. Unfortunately, the ministry concerned did not give permission to prosecute the top shots. (iv) A doctor in government hospital was arrested with the help of the ACB for accepting bribe of Rs 2,000/= from me for giving a medical certificate. He has completed his 6 months sentence as far as I know. (iv) Recruitment of executive cadre personnel was stopped by the CBI on my complaint and a new system was introduced that prevented easy changing of the objective - type answer sheets of candidates by the crook who had taken Rs 5-6 lakhs from each candidate for "guaranteed selection" . It is learnt some Rs 1-2 crores was returned by the crook to the candidates because his guarantee fell flat after the new scheme was introduced! It was a grand victory for me. I spent my own time, printing ink, money, fuel / petrol for making complaints. Why fund is required ? Of course, I did suggest to the P.M. a year back that those who are whistle blowers and expose corruption must be suitably rewarded. That is enough. But I don't know what has become of the suggestion! Please pursue this suggestion.If implemented, I am sure there will be an avalanche of whistle blowing and thousands of corrupt persons will get caught red-handed. Please do not ask for more finds.It will lead to another scam!! But you may ask for more manpower, as complaint cases rise up. more  

I agree with Raj Bhatia. The Govt. departments will not respond to your email and you are compelled to face them. Corruption can not be totally eradicated from India. more
