Foods that are good for kids' eyes
What are some of the things I can include in my kids' daily diet for the benefits to the eyes?

Green vegetables are good but there is absolutely no correlation in food habits & wearing glasses (refractive errors) - this is myth that must be dispelled. more

As Sarika has mentioned , Kinoo is like "malta " in case yu know that fruit . Kinoo is like an Orange , but cheaper and more juicy . Aap Juice wale oranges use karo . Keenu season starts when oranges season is over . Kinoo is completely orange in color from outside . It is a very very common fruit as Sarika has mentioned . more

As I know carrot is good for eyes and eating saunf after lunch & dinner is also good for the eyes as well as for digestion. Kinoo is looks like orange and normally used for making juice.you can get it easily at any fruit shop. more

Thank you so much Mr. Kapur. I don't know what Kinoo is. Could you please tell me. The exercise seems like a good idea and it's pretty simple too. I will definitely teach that to the kids. Thanks again.. more

dear Vina ... few things that I can tell you which will help . Mother dairy toned milk is fortified with an excellent quality Vitamin A , specially for the eyes. use it . boil it before use as you normally do . introduce lots of carrots in your children diets ...carrot stew / carrot halwa/ carrot and Kinoo juice --super stuff . use iodised salt only . carrot +kinoo juice comes out very very nice when ice cooled . kids love it . the exercise that you could teach your kids is to focus ona finger tip at eye level two feet away , move the finger towards the face and back to same position . These are my thoughts and knowledge . many others could even suggest better !!! BEST OF LUCK and HII to the Kids!!! more
