Fire audit of all buildings
Some people are requesting that a fire audit be done for all buildings in Noida. Please note that most times when such audits take place bribery happens. Can Noida Authority ensure a corruption free process on this before proceeding forward? more

Yes, audit and checking of fire fighting alarm and equipment are also recheck time to time. more

Are you aware that every building MUST HAVE 2 sets of Staircases, so that one or the other can be used in case of fire. I am quite sure that even 5% of buildings in Noida would not satisfy this criteria. PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS RULE. more

I agree. The companies make sale & do not guarantee maintenance, training, and share responsibility of a mishap. Once they are held accountable such accidents will be greatly averted.Every citizen of the country right from qge of 14 shoul be compulsorily be trained in handling basic fire safety and equipment handling. more

Actually in this case Agency for Fire Audit should be Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System Providers not Government Agencies. If you go with Noida Fire Service/Govt. Agency they are least bothered about the System. they ask for a bribe of Rs. 2.5 Lakh per tower for giving NOC. this is true and as far as the matter of Builder is concerned they are least bothered about the safety of residents... So In my opinion this audit should be conducted by the Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Service Providers Few of them I know they can come and check the system and give you the feed back more
