i hope they will first deliver and come thru' with the faster and easier process for starting up....before they look into the exit / close down and insolvamcy!! In any case it'll be welcome if a Company can be shut down relatively quickly ....in fact one of the key pain points as to why the choice of a partnership or an LLP or even a Ltd liability Co. rules over the option of setting up a public ltd Co more
