Ergonomic and orthopaedic chairs

Can someonne suggest good orthopaedic office chairs for people who use it 12 hrs a day? more

Select a chair, where your feet touch flat on the floor and the lower leg is vertical. When you sit in it, the bend in the leg, under the knee is at the esge of chair and your back is firm against the back. The table hight should be such that your elbows are at the level and your hands can rest on it horizontally. Specific brand I am unable to recommend. more  
In continuation I add. Place a coffee machine at the far end or next floor to encourage walking. Alternately ask the supervisor to call for discussion every 2 hours. A walk and stop type discussion will be fruitful. Otherwise it is sure road to bone injury which no chair can prevent more  
once in 2 hrs, stand up and walk inside. speak to your colleagues in standing . more  
Apart from proper sitting posture, you need to take small refreshing breaks in work for Yoga Pranayamas and light body movements during / prior to lunch / tea breaks. This will help your body to be self sustaining for such long working hours. more  
12hours sitting is bound to take its toll.Our body is not designed for this. Try other options more
