Encroachments in societies and colonies
Today the attached happened in grandwoods. Why only grandwoods. Why has demolition of illegal structures not happened in other societies Noida Authority and what about sectors.

One of the best thing is for the NA to tell he resident to remove the encroachment failing which they should cancel the lease. more

All societies have this. Many People get in AOAs to do this. They should be made to sign an undertaking. Till they are in the position, they cant take up any home renovation or reconstruction project more

Encroachment done in almost all Ground Floor owners of Green View Apartments,Sector-99. Noida Authority had issued to many flat owners . but neither the Flat owners nor Authority has taken any action to remove Encroachment.There is lot of Car Parking problem for others. This is Four Story Colony built by Noida Authority. There are 25% ground flat owners & are United. Rest 75% are never raise the issue to maintain the good relations but will curse those have done Encroachment . Authority will only wake up whenever there will be big fight among the neighbours. more
