Elected Government in Delhi....

Is any use of Elected Government in Delhi? Modi Government proved that LG is not a representative of President in Delhi but is whole sole & a powerful Constitutional Authority & nothing can be done without his permission and in front of him the Delhi Elected Government is only Bheegi Billi which has only sound but can't do anything except noising. Also Delhi Police is the Lion and can anytime catch the neck of MLAs, if they go against them. All government senior officials comes under Central Govt. & Delhi Govt. have no right to apoint/transfer them. DDA is under LG and will not sanction any land to Delhi Government for making new schools/institutions etc. Delhi people do not much opportunities in higher educational such as Engg/Medical/LLB etc. which has in other states like UP/Haryana/Rajasthan etc. and also they have limited seat quota for them in limited institutes and for same there is neck to neck competition. Due to Delhites have to study in other states. Electricity tarrif comes under DERC. Infrastructure development can be done only release of fund from Centre. There are many other things which are not come directly under Delhi Govt.

Before that the situation was different, everything was going very smooth becase in Centre & Delhi same governments. Even when Congress was in Centre & BJP in Delhi / also BJP in Centre & Congress in Delhi, no such situations because Centre never interfere much in Delhi politics and there was little understandings.

However, it appears Modi Govt. don't want to give any chance to AK Govt. to do anything better which increase their popularity in other states & to grow & spread further and want demolish the alternative for people. Modi Govt. have set an example for others how to kill small parties. This is the perfect example and other parties will also follow same in near future which will be bad for us and future development.

What is your opinion on this? Is Delhi should not be an independent state? Is there not be an elected Govt. which should work independently and do good work for Delhites? If above will continue in Delhi, then no need of elected government in Delhi & let it be run by Centre or LG. more
