Effectiveness of Facebook Advertising

We have experienced that the effectiveness of advertising or reaching your target customer base has significantly reduced in the last 12 months.

What is going on. Are people moving away from Facebook to Whatsapp so fast? Trying to understand so before we put more money in facebook, we atleast know if other entrepreneurs have had any success lately. more

Hi Vishal, Its a common issue with Facebook Ads and being successful with FB ads takes more learning on how you configure your ads. Adsense works better when it comes to online advertising, being successful with FB ads and having good ROI takes lot of experimentation. Are you able to analyze your past ads how have they performed, what was the result of those ads. I have used FB Ads lots of time but one thing is for sure If you really want success specifically with FB ads then never redirect user to sales page but instead to a lead page/squeeze page. Give them something for leaving their email, collect email, build list, nurture list with some quality content and then upsell. more  
Business does not mean total failure or total success. The successful marketing means locating the proper place, best mode of sending your product's details, searching for the prospective clients in need of the products you produce or sell. The marketing strategy should be such that the mode you opt should be accessible to maximum people & there should be a guarantee that the Co. advertising the product will surely give the best products with all the features present as mentioned in the advertisement. They should also be sure that money will be repaid if there is some problem about quality/quantity. Recent example is the advertisement given by Flipkart, which says that Flipkart means the original product & money back guarantee. Similarly we should opt for giving our advertisement not only on Facebook with limited viewership or the people having account do not need the product that we produce or sell. That is why so many other modes for selling the products are available, which are accessible to maximum people. Whatsapp is useful for a particular group of people but not to all types of people. It is seen that people open the Account with Whatsapp & include many friends or acquaintances but they never visit the group as they do not want to so where & how will you market your product on Whatsapp. As the Market demand changes, so our advertisement & mode of Media also changes. Keeping in mind all the above mentioned factors we should choose the mode. E.Mail, Advertisement in Paper, Weeklies. Monthly Magazines are other sources still liked by many people although they are more expensive than E.Mail or Whatsapp. more  
The strategy has to be show casing the product in a way that will attract the attention of people at first look. more  
Facebook, Whatzzapp marketing are a strict no when it comes to ROI , instead one should go in for Email marketing/SMS and followed by an Offline activity. Just to cite an eg. : Fasoos : When you download the app for Fasoos , you get email, sms and on the very next day they would send you a brochure via post. Nice way to win customer's attention . more
