Dear Sir,Bank loans are easily not available for small business & ruler area of Delhi. Even though housing loans are not approved by bank for Mukundpur DELHI 110042. In this area banks are available but they are not interest to develop the people. We are facing sewerage problems in this area. Kindly focus for the main issue . Due this problems people are effected for decease . more

I started a hotel in Amarcolony .within a week one MCD staff came took my daughter rs 1500 as prasad and further informed her to pay thesame amount as you have not so far got licence. one police official came I am beat incharge of thelocality you will have to pay 3000 and per month from today.Thus by giving his value recovered money forcibly otherwise I shall get your hotel closed.when I came to know for starting a business by my employeed so many chors are in the government.I said to her to record the voice if anyone comes.but she never dared.I met them personally and talked in the matter.some one stopped but didnot stop.Even for sale tax returns one labour Inspector cameto shop and I shall recommend for obtain ti on of it unless a lump sum of 2000 rs is paid to please other staff.I was thereplease give me in writing , then he changed his stand , please give what you like?I told him that you are a government official and I have already seen you when I was in bank and do want totrouble your family for your misdeeds.He went away.My daughter was worried as I have stated for her employment, but ultimately I have closed the hotel more

Delhi has been lagging in developing commercial centers for doing business in Delhi since long and over and above this due to personal interests the courts imposed a sealing drive in Delhi and forced most of the well established businesses to move to un-authorised colonies. This was a draconian move on the part of the earlier Govt. I will appreciate if this move can be reversed till sufficient commercial spaces are created in Delhi. more
