It is said so. No direct proof with me. But indirect deduction from frequent posting, Money spent on plum posting, Direct interference or through higher bureaucrats or political leaders to get the things done. Few absolute powers with DMs for land acquisitions, change of land use etc. to help higher ups. more

Yes, Kulzar ji, you are absolutely correct. People should also keep watch on all corruption activities and to unearth the incident as and when come in light by getting help of spy camera or RTI. more

Corruption at places is very huge one . First catch those ones . They will make the difference . Petty corruption too needs to be checked . Yes, DM, SHO,Tehsildar, SDO (Elctricity) etc may be collection agent of CM. But not all. All may not be collection agent, but some may be. This may be checked on keeping regular watch on that particular employee. more
