Disruptive conduct of opposition in the parliament
After the loss of 2009 elections, BJP took to disrupting the parliamentary proceedings, thanks to UPA2 which provided weekly scams and scandals as ammunition to the opposition. Having sown wind, now BJP is reaping whirlwind.
This is not to say that what is happening now in the parliament is defensible. Two wrongs cannot make one right. Instead opposing the objectionable aspects of governance constructively, the Congress party, lead by mother-son duo, cannot see beyond its nose and is hell bent on disrupting the parliamentary sittings. They are mistaken if they think that this will endear them to the voting public. Public is now more than ever conscious of the public money being spent on the parliament and are loath to such conduct.
Instead of raising issue based opposition, the opposition parties are personally targeting the PM especially, and others in the government. It is this kind of personal attack on Manmohan Singh that cost BJP it's return to power in 2009. Congress is committing the same mistake now. more

Opposition has a right to question the government and raising issues of public interest in the Parliament. but saying it because BJP used to do it so we will also do it is illogical. Congress claims itself to be a grand old party but unfortunately they have no new ideas and action plans as there are hardly any visionary leader. Like any other small party indulging in petty politics, They are not bothered about wasting public money which they are good at for so long. more

WHOSOEVER MAY BE THE OPPOSITION IN PARLIAMENT,NOW IT IS CLEAR THAT ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE STRESSED UPON.
