" office of profit" should not be held by any elected member, it is well known principle all over the world under various Acts. In India from root level Grampanchayat Body, Housing Soc Committee etc knows this rule. How CM Kejariwal is unknown about it ? more
It fact it will further turnish the image of BJP and aap will once again capture all seats when bi-election is held. This way BJP is digging its own grave. more
Raising finger towards others does not clean yourself. This time question was on AAP MLA's and decision was delivered in that matter, answer should be given to that subject only. The way in which you want to justified your wrong act that others are also enjoying it so we also enjoyed it is not answer to it. In your style any murder can say that why you are punishing me where as so many cases of murders are unanswered will court leave him? more
I fully agree with Mr DAD. If any MLA or MP is known enjoying the office of profit the person who claims knowledge about it should go to court instead of pointing fingers to wards Election Commission. more
Every central Ruling party oppose to other party.A lot of MLA & MP's of Ruling party having office of profit more
It is clear who is doing what & what for. Death knoll for democracy, most reprehensible. more
