different formalities of companies

A story was used to around in 1960s.
There was a school in Dehradoon . the school is used for Rajiv Gandhi and likes.
one day the master asked students to write a few lines on poverty.
The answer were uniform and master was puzzled.
The answer was " in India there was a poor village. In that poor village there was a poor villager. His driverwas poor. His cook was poor. his gardener was poor, his gurka was poor and all his servants were poor.
Don't laugh. this is very serious. Our bureaucrats company means crores turn over and directors means who lobby for favour and who own BMW cars. They are not aware of small companies strggllng to exist .
my friend commented " no dear friend, bureaucrats need two things one extra money for lavish living and some slave like people for taking up their harassment. Big companies are meant for their first apetite and second set for the other.
In this context i asked what purpose GST return form 9 would serve when regular monthly returns are submitted. As usual no response. Neither they think rationally not their bureaucracy does not permit them to listen any thing rational.
Our honest law abiding citizens have to pull on with all those in power with deaf ears and take it as fate. more

Startups need many intricate requirements and formalities that are not fully in states zone. There should be central express authority to fully sanction& facilitate if needed to enable it. more
With so much of negativity in this column, I am not encouraged to comment....... more
Don't you think need of the hour is supporting genuine and sincere businesses, than announcing new schemes of financing. It is just creating a show piece to prove that we are or has done something new.90% of the beneficiaries are joining only to avail the incentives and then loot as long as possible as the introducers do not want his scheme to be a failure. Till it becomes a stone on his neck. Actually by this we are wasting our resources than generate resources. May be on this Independence day Govt has to take a pledge that it will not announce any new scheme for next 5 years and implement existing schemes in spirit than letter. And discontinue all schemes which are abused and book those abused. That will bring true growth. more
