Delhi shouldn't pay lawyer fee for AKs case

Deputy CM Sisodia has written a letter to LG asking that Delhi Govt should pay 3.8 cr of lawyer fees for Arvind Kejriwals case with Arun Jaitley on defamation. This is a personal matter of alleging by AK and residents of Delhi shouldnt be footing the bill.

I also hope PMO is not paying the bills for PMs travel to various political rallies around India. more

This is pitiful that the Govt is biased with the Statement Govt and acting through his counterpart. I hate this type of cheap politics. BJP should help and assist in the implementation of project and planning of the state Govt in the larger interest of the people. Shed hatred. Love begets love. Ram Yadav more
I agree with u.. But believes he is just a common man like us and cant afford to pay such amount... He was just trying to safeguard public interests... But yes govt money shldnt be used.. They should have used party funds or have hired some cheaper lawyer. more
Who is monitoring the governments'expenses made on various heads? Is there any check? Is the PM taking any sanction from anyone (President) for his foreign tour along with his entourage and the expenses thereof? These allegations against the CM of Delhi, are government (Central) manipulated against the CM and we are falling prey to their whims. As we all know, Arvind Kejriwal is not fighting the case for his own or for any personal benefit. Has any citizen raised a query on the accountability of CMs of other states for the expenses made by them, even to fight their personal cases? Has anybody raised their voice against the atrocious behaviour of an MP with the Air India Crew. Why the government is still supporting him? After all, these politicians are OUR elected representatives, as such THEY ARE our servants. If they commit any wrong we have a right to question them and even RECALL them. more
