Delhi Sales Tax Deptt New Notifi V/S Kejriwal
On 12th of March Delhi Sales Tax Department issued a notification regarding filling of itemized bill detail in your sales tax return from last quarter Jan-March-2016. Is it possible for CA to fill all purchase and sales Bill detail item vise. Yes he can do but for doing so he has to shortlist his customer as increased his charges many fold because this feeding is a time consuming process. Those dealers who are left by CA where they will go for their work and who will do their work. Definitely no one will do their work due to overload of work. This system is totally harassing dealers and CA.
Instead of asking for filling this detail why can't they demand copy of all bill manually which is much easier then this system. But the ST Dept. work load will increased and they can not afford this.
I am requesting to Kejriwal Govt to please stop teasing all the honest dealer. If this type of system will continue then all the wholesaler will think to shift their Businesses from Delhi. more

As I read all the above and I have come to know that every one here wants that tax evading can go on with the itemized process tax evading will not come into force. How it is a big problem if a person is doing his business and he keeping everything in record how much material in nos. or kgs he purchased and sold then why he is not interested to give all details to the department. But one thing is there in the department no one is interested to do the work without bribes each and every CA or professional knows all these but they do not take any step regarding this. But if some one doing good they come to show its hard to work. Why they are asking to a person or help to the department or take the steps for stop of bribes and give true and useful suggestions to the government to stop all these billing or fake billing system. more

THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY REASONS WHY WE NEED TO HAVE GST IMPLEMENTED ASAP. THE VAT /CST / CFORM SYSTEM IS SO ABSURD. IF ONE SUPPLIES MATERIAL AGAINST C FORM AND IF THAT COMPANY FAILS TO GIVE C FORM, THE SUPPLIER IS PENALIZED ?? ISNT THAT WEIRD ?? WHY NOT GET HOLD OF THE BUYING COMPANY THAT IS MISUSING CFORM FACILITY....HOPE THE AAP GOVT CAN LOOK INTO THIS & AMEND IT.. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO GET HOLD OF MANY SUCH DEFAULTERS.. more

Can it be assumed that all the staff of Trade & Taxes Department are honest. All the honest dealers and the staff of DVAT department are facing this huge problem due to only some fraud dealers as well as corrupted staff of the department. more

Although in am neither a trader nor a CA and also not from this field but if CA fills purchase & sales bill details and a govt. LDC may verify it this is unjustified. But what this system gives is transparency on the true and real time bills. One way would be to have the form details & format as a bill itself with few separate additional information detail modules. So one form portion can be printed and treated as bill & duly signed after and support the law abiding traders. This will also reduce paper work, prevent bribes & harassment. more
