Delhi police is known for its dishonesty. Since when new police commissioner had come, there is one Mr PK chabri who claims be retd Group captain from Indian Air Force, He openly boasts that he is a close relative of Mr Bassi. He takes law into his hands and has bothered me In past. He had blockef the entry of my office for nealy 25 hours by parking his car. The police did not help me because of his alleged connections wid the police commissioner. On 21 Jan 2014 11:31, "PRAKASH PRABHAKAR" wrote: > more
