1. Settlement of claim/ alternative plot for acquiring land. 2. Getting Free hold on flats obtained on PA. 3. Matter relating to allotment of Plots, applied in 1981- - Harassment is faced to provided declaration for not having a plot or house at present. In this regard it is not justify taking this declaration as one has to make some arrangement for keeping his/ her family in some house, no one can wait for 30 years. The declaration should be, " Had you a house in your name/ name of spouse or dependent kid at the time application was made or the first allotment was done. The moto for the same should be that no one can avail the concession from DDA twice. In case some has purchased a house privately from some individual at Market rate and not from DDA or Govt. Dept, he should no be penalised. As such demanding this declaration by DDA is not only wrong but is unjustified.. 4. Geeting clearance for house construction, pre and post certificates. DDA is like a white elephant in Delhi. DDA is one of the corrupt area where the Government should take care of. NCT of Delhi should create a parallel Authority for the Development of Delhi. Ram Yadav more

DDA in Delhi is like elephant. DDA should be taken directly under the control of Delhi government. Otherwise, we cannot provide good infrastructure in Delhi. Ram Yadav more

DDA management has been in mental paralysis since ages. so called bosses of DDA or Power brokers in DDA board of management can not envisage development of Delhi but they think of their personal material development. DDA plans a developmental project in 2015 based on the data of 1980 and project gets permission in 2025 what will be the fate of the project,it is anybodies guess.Quality & quality control vanishes into the thin air bureaucratic mayajaal and you all know quality of DDA. If you fix the basic problems you will find face of Delhi shall glow as you desire. more

One on the biggest problem is access to old records one cannot get papers of his property when required , without the help of Touts. You need to pay to get a copy of your own property. There should be a cell to provide record to the public with in defined time with nominal or no fee. more
