Cure for Cervical & Vertigo
My sister who is 58 years old, has developed cervical as well as vertigo. Feels very giddy and has severe pain in the back of the head,lower neck and her shoulders. The doctor has advised her complete bed rest, but is there anything else that someone can suggest to help her get some relief from the pain and to stop feeling giddy all the time ? Thanks.

She can place a finger in the ear canal of both ears simultaneously for a few minutes. This often helps with vertigo - may help your sister too till a proper treatment is available. more

Hi Bhumika, I like to take your advice. I feel pain in my both knees when take walk. some time feel swelling too. I used to have brisk walk for more than 45 minutes together and enjoy jogging too. Now I feel pain, especially when I walk with my pet (labrador - 2 yrs). I would like your advice whether physiotherapy can help. I am not taking any medicine, of course doing regular cycling for 30 mins. more
