Is it India's lack of technical ability to resolve this issue or the lack of political will ? Or are politicians the cause of it ? Dont we have the right to live ? If other humans are the cause of this state of affairs and for the death of so many asthmatics, they should be treated like criminals and are akin to being murderers. more
