Corruption in U.P.Edu.Board
Kejriwal and his team should further expose the corruption found in its ugliest form in U.P.Edu.Board. The matter should be investigated that whether it has always been in practice or only in this election year ? A young boy of poor parents of Shikohabad who was to appear for class 10 exam was asked to clear the payment of Rs 7000/- to the exam center in charge for the permission to 'copy and cheat' during exam. The fee was to be paid otherwise also irrespective of his choice of copying or not copying.He wanted to study further and become a teacher.He set himself on fire when came to know that mother had mortgaged her ring to arrange the balance amount of Rs 3000/-[4000 already paid]. The boy later died in hospital. The demand message was conveyed to all 700 examines.The poor boy had to pay with his life to draw attention of authorities, public and media towards this evil.It must have been going around all over UP and God knows since when. Following this another student of 12 class of Kaushambi Dist.of UP attempted suicide over the same issue.These news reports are published in today's Ind.Exp. more

Really, the situation is shocking. But, what makes one to purchase copying right, when he/she is poor in studies? If others are committing crimes because they are rich; should not prompt me to follow a wrong path. I have seen persons clearing matriculation in seven years, but adopt right/legitimate path. Very very sad. Corruption has been at its worst in UP whatever the Governing party. Akhilesh as CM has been a mask for the old guard as is Manmohan for the ruling party in the capital. more
