Very high rates of Service tax, swatch bharat tax and similar taxes are nothing but a biggest fraud played by Governments on common man who is having a slow death because of it. PM is openly cheating people in the name of SBTax. The whole country is a garbage bin. Shame on these self styled politicians. more

Service tax billing machine has to be connected to the seller's bank account which has to be clearly indicated that how much service tax is collected from the consumer and the bank can directly debit the same to the department, just like ATM machine how it indicate the amount drawn by the account holder through this the corruption can be avoided and the government can be benefited by collecting the service tax from the seller. more

The rate of service tax should be more reasonable. Hotels' practice if billing service tax should be checked. General tendency is to avoid this tax by cash payments and limiting the bill amount. A TG otal control can come about if all transactions are made electronic. more

The rate of service tax is so high that it almost comes to 50% of the service availed ( cost of food, event etc) further there is no accountability of the deployment of the same in development of infrastructure, swach Bharat mission, education,and farm labour and rural poverty alleviation and development. It is a regressive tax and encourages dishonesty and avoidance of tax. The Govt should stop collecting service tax immediately or collect a reasonable rate like 5% which will encourage everybody to pay service tax more
