Corruption in Service Tax -Inputs on Root Causes

No idea about service tax dept, but bribes are common in gujarat commercial tax dept. let this post be forwarded to GOI and GOG for further consideration and action. more  

Dear Home Minister Shree Raj Nath Ji whether the state officers were not taking action honestly then who will take the responsibility of common man for justice you are part of administration and state government is under the central government every criminal activity done by state police officers the central government is equal liable due to all IPS officers were appointed by Central government The state government recd. on deputation for maintaining Law And Order from Central Government as per their wish thus you could not leave the matter on state government solely responsibility for law and order you have to watch them and time to time give advisory them if they do not work as per law you can take direct action against them i am fed up that in uttar pradesh government officers are working as volunteer of samajwadi party and defending their supporter at every cost i am writing since 4 feb 2014 to you and pg portal to difference ministries home affairs for security of life corporate affairs and finance ministry for recovery of my service dues rs. 25 lacs with mohd iftekhar resident of C-593 defence colony jajmau kanpur 208010 presently cle kanpur chairman and managing director of ruksh group of companies having registered office 50-A, feet Road jajmau kanpur 208010 your officers was also forwarding to state government for action but till today no action taken by state government officers in this regard i have also written to the president of india since 4 feb2014 the president office also transferring my grievances to the state government officers but till today no action taken by state government in this regard i have already written my grievance to district magistrate kanpur senier superintendent of police kanpur by speed post and through jansunwai portal up but all local and state police officers were reporting in enfluence of opponent money and political power the opponent belongs to state ruling party favourite minority community and from his business community leather tanning mla irfan solanki is the friend of chief minister akhilesh yadav and gazala lari is also minister of uttar pradesh thus from state government officers is regularly planning for criminal consiparacy against me this proves their report framed against me attached herewith in this regard i have sent toprime ministercomplete evidence 24 pages twenty four pages by speed post no EU570365942IN dated 13 june2016 alongwith request three pages now i have no way to servive my self and my family as my daughter marriage fixed on 7 july2016 and tilak on 3 july 2016 but i could not start preparation in absense of finance this the matter of prestige two family life please save me and my family arrange to release my service dues rs 25 lacs as urgent as possible more  

Corruption at root level for general public has increased it can be checked by imposing penalty fine for keeping file undisposed beyond reasonable limit Binodanand jha more  

There is no full proof system to ensure that 100% of service tax recovered by the service providers and the business houses is deposited with the government. There are hundreds of services brought under the tax net but citizens are aware about a few can be counted on finger tips facilitating the business houses to dupe the consumers/subscribers. Deep rooted corruption prevailed all over and each related individuals, officials and politicians. more  

India is the MOST CORRUPT COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. NOTHING WILL IMPROVE IN THIS WRETCHED COUNTRY FOR CENTURIES TO COME. MODI OR NO MODI. ALL POLITICIANS ARE BLOODY POISONOUS SNAKES. We are yet to see a single politician hanged for corruption. The less you talk about judiciary the better it is. more
