State - controlled , fully controlled with high trained teachers like a few good countries can be adopted in Delhi and in Metro cities .With good eduaction , good disciplined teachers and students.with various strict rules with providing good buildings abd proper buses andsanitation can be started. Not in whole cities but by and by catching up the progress they can be spread to the whole cities.Private schools should be stictly monitored and by and by penalty should be imposed when being caught taking donation and heavy fee. One or two members of Board in management must be from Government side.Opning of Private school should be by and by curbed. more
Judgement of Allahabad Court should be implemented throughout the country immediately and without fail. This will affect adversely the business tendency of Pvt. Schools.
