2. Builders support the politicians financially in their campaigns
3. Instead of spending huge amounts in making the buildings safe, the builders spend a small amount to bribe the officials to get the certificates
4. Builders try to extort as much money as possible from the needy buyers
5. Needy buyers get fooled by the builders through fake paper work
6. The Government systems lack technological upgrades
7. There is too much human interaction with the departments which allows room for bribery
8. Cash transactions are still legal in real estate business
9. The Government regulations on real estate are opaque
10. Many transactions are done through hawala money

We have discussed this points time and again. These are the evils running in our society Prime minister Modi already initiated a very useful programme ,He has to completely do away with currency and all the payment for any type of dealing should be made though card or any other means without currency. All income and expense of each individual and business must go through card .Each citizen of this country should be trained to do so .All those want corruption will fight with their tooth and nail to oppose any such system to come in .Se we people must help Prime Minister Modi to do this as vary few or no politician will come forward to do such thing .All the best for India and its citizen. more

I HAD AN EXPERIENCE. MY BUILDER SENT A MAIL TO ME ASKING ME TO SEND RS.10000/= TO BRIBE THE REGISTRAR WHEN MY DAUGHTER IS GOING FOR THE REGISRATION OF HER FLAT PURCHASED. THE MAIL IS STILL WITH ME AND I HAD FORWARDED THE SAME TO THE REGISTRAR AND HIS HIGHER AUTHORITIES, BUT NO ACTION HAD TAKEN YET. MORE INTERESTNG. ALLERGAN INDIA LIMITED WHO IS IMPORTING AND SELLING COSTLY EYE DROPS, I ORDRED TWO BOXES AND ONE BOX COSTS RS.1980/= AND FOR TWO BOXS OFFER ONE BOX FREE AND I CALLED THEM AND GAVE THE COUPON CODE AND YESTERDAY I GOT THE PACKET AND TO MY SURPRISE IT IS "PHYSICIANS SAMPLE NOT O BE SOLD" AND IT IS UN EHTICAL AND CHEATING THE MEDICAL FRATERNITY, PATIENTS AND GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AVADING EXCISE DUTY AND TAXES. There is some points that can be implement for betterment 1. Rural zone , unauthorized area should be marked and no one allow to start a single activities. Local public representative along with local adminstration should be responsible for any activities at this area.2. Rate of any plot/ flat of any project of developer should be finalised by governments. 3. No one flat/ plat should be kept vaccant.otherwise penalty should be imposed. 4. Commercial permission of plot /flat should be restrict up to certain limit. 5. Priority to be given to small project or township . more
