Corruption in Export made by NRD Traders Moradabad
Recently it came into light that M/s NRD Traders of Moradabad U.P. had made an export of value Rs.27lakh but by frabicating and forging documents in collussion with Customs officers of ICD Madhosing, Bhadohi showed the value over Rs.37 Crore. Thus the above exporter received over Rs. 36 Crore as Hawala money and made black money as white. Presently the case is under investgation by DRI New Delhi but CBI, ED and ITDepartment have not been informed for the reasons best known to DRI & others. more

I think we also should add corruption practices followed in Private sector as they are likely to overtake all other sectors in terms of total value if you assess. There are reasons: Private companies have to bribe Govt. departments for anything and everything they need. If no money is paid not only your job is not done but they may destroy your business as they have nothing to lose. Where to find this money ? from vendors ! if a big contract is negotiated vendor would be called to cabin and told that you add 10% to your quote and give it back in cash. Private company CEO wants to meet his wife's demands for luxurious living and wants to give good education to children, wants to conduct marriage of daughter in nice way. Today society respects what you have and principles what you stand. At all other levels in companies there is pier pressure. Like neighbor has bought Duster why we should go in Maruthi 800 ? where is that extra money that has to come take bribe. Good luck to all of you guys more

The law makers have kept provision of loop holes which the govt officials know.How to use them to their benefit is what they are expert at.Any person joining govt job is only with the intension of getting huge under table money.That is the only reason they are even ready to do a peon job after becoming MBA Or engineer.Customs dept has access to imported liquor & many other things which they sell it directly in the market & the importer has to bear the loss. more

The corrupt people help each other and the law cannot catch them. In case any case of malpractices come to notice of the investigation agency then it takes time to prove and punish the people. During the time of investigation, the agency can manipulate the case and close the case. This shows higher authorities are also involved. But does not matter in the present times, punishments comes from God sooner or later. What are the natural calamities, accidents, diseases, earth quakes, drought, floods etc. They come to destroy corrupt people and corruption at all levels. It may happen that many innocents also come under these natural disasters. How many natural disasters we have recently seen in many countries including USA, China, Japan etc. more

Such cases are deliberately allowed by govt officials, laws are enough but who deliberately ignored in lieu of bribes. First action should be against the ED officers in proportion of responsibility, lowest rung should not be suspended but dismissed pending inquiry. Normal penalitiy in deptt disciplinary action is to less to deter people. Stakes have gone very high since rules were framed they need thorough review. more
