Key Corruption Issues in Delhi

1. Traffic police asks for bribes to let go of challans
2. Police asks for a bribe to register FIR
3. Schools ask for ‘donations’ for admissions
4. Work cannot be done at the property registrar’s office till you pay a bribe
5. Police asks for bribe to let you complete construction of house
6. Bribes necessary to get a new electricity meter or water meter
7. Bribes are asked at the RTO to get a driving licence
8. Officers at VAT registration office ask for bribes
9. The Provident Fund department will not release your money unless you pay them a bribe
10. Income Tax inspectors take bribes and do not fine businesses for tax frauds
11. At the time of getting Birth/Death Certificate MCD officials demands some money
12. Getting a marriage certificate appointment without a tout/bribe is almost impossible
13. Businessmen needs to pay a heavy bribe to get a VAT refund
14. One needs to pay bribes to DDA to get any work done
15. Inspectors ask for a bribe during passport verification
16. Hawkers bribe the police and food department to be able to keep running shop
17. MCD asks for a bribe to open/clean sewage and drains
18. Bribe mandatory for building approval, fire / environmental clearance more

In hospitals, duplicate medicines are purchased, in govt school, no liability of providing good education to children, in sales tax department, in PWD, The jhuggi people are not able to get gas connection and forced to purchase gas @Rs. 100 per Kilo which lasts only 2 days. efforts to provide gas connection to slums should be initiated. lacs of money is shown spent on flowers which never planted in parks and roads in PWD horticulture. In getting driving licence, ration card etc. more  
its funny but adding here asking huge amount by spados if u bless with a newborn or marriage at home etc. that too is hell disturbing more  
Although the list of corruption is endless. However, the most grey area of corruption is Sub-registrar Office. This is very said that the sale deed is executed and the mutation is not done with out presenting the seller before the Tehsildar. He ask money for executing mutation. In case bribery is given, he may delay the work or his file will be shown as lost file and the sale deed gets useless. Government must pay attention to this aspect and amend the rules of Revenue Act. Mutation should be done in favour of purchaser automatically once the Sale Deed has been executed. Ram Yadav more
