Mr Subhash do you mean to say that BJP has not done anything to contain corruption in MCD ,where it is in power for the last 7 to 8 years! more
Mr Kalicharan Hans your assessment on corrupt practices is absolutely right but both the solutions have been made as much redundant by the corrupt officers . 1. Many a Corrupt Senior Govt officers allegedly use conduits and middle man for collection of bribes and work will never be done ,as long as the desired or demanded amount, has not been paid.So who do you catch and punish, a very very junior employee! Who can easily prove that he is not the competent authority for the work, and you are unnecessarily damaging his/her reputation by level ling such baseless allegations against him/her. 2. The second method I am trying since my birth and for your kind information the (bit) delay has been as much as 20 years now in some cases.Who do you expect to hear your grievances when the corruption in India is not from below upwards rather it is from Top to Bottom. For this reason grievances are neither heard nor acted upon.Because, there is neither any accountability nor any responsibility fixed on anybody. more
When BJP has decided not to release Delhi Manifesto, why are you befooling the general public. Manifestos can be discussed after elections. First come in POWER......BJP had good chance to say about corruption, because the Party has ruled more than 7 yrs and people are still complaining. more
I am born & brought up in Delhi. Over a period of time , systems are becoming bad to worse.Corruption has become a integral part of the system. It started from MCD when the salary of the employees used to be meager. Now it has reached up to private sector also. I have experienced this in MCD, MTNL,DESU, Police ,Railways, Hospitals and even in Courts,Now the salary of Govt employees are much better but cancer of corruption continue to spread . It has laid its entry in private hospitals too. In private school , the govt. aid is swallowed by the school management on the pretext that salary to the school teachers is paid at par with Govt sector but the teachers are paid salary at whims & fancies of the School management. It is pertinent to mention that in such schools teachers mostly ladies. on one hand the school authorities are not paying them the full amount which they have taken from the Govt. and on the other the exploitation of the Women who are also to manage their household affairs. In getting the this wrong practice by the school authorities the Govt. Inspectors are also coniving.e This problem can be addressed in two ways: 1 The Govt. Officials should keep a close watch on such employee and in case in person is cought red handed sever punishment should be given to such employees 2 All of us should determined for not giving extra money to such roughe employees for getting their work done a bit early and people at large follow the laid down system more
Mr Padmanabhan,I am a law abiding citizen but my works are not done simply because I refuse to bribe the senior officers and their conduits ,rather faced harassment of the severest kind at work place for trying to expose the corrupt practices,or simply speaking against it.However, your irresponsible comment will definitely boost the morale of all the corrupt people of India. more
