CORRUPTION IN BIS & TESTING SECTOR
For getting BIS approval is min Rs 60k . In addition to official expenses. Online BIS , TRADEMARK , PATENT , RDSO & SO many institutins are most corrupt. Online acivites are just for show. Really undercurrents r more. Paper moments stuck delays without explaination ; means money needed . One has to come out. All govt officials pretend to b clean but have agents.

There is no CVO or any vigilance officer monitoring this site. This is of no use to discuss. No law enforcement authority. Better to login at www.cvc.nic.in and submit your complaints. This may help to curb corruption. more

Newspapers reported one requires to pay for admission to a Hospital - does it mean that the patient's relatives should have allowed the patient to die and raise the complaint! An entrepreneur after toil of months and years had developed his unit/product(s) but cannot market to respectable markets ( renowned business houses, inci. Govt. - say Railways/Defence etc., export etc. ) - should he sit idle ! and banks should declare him a defaulter! And we all should blame such entrepreneurs as dishonest! Corruption in India is a well knit network - not simply of warps and wefts in a fabric. Even if a few threads are cut here and there, the network has got self-healing mechanism to re-establish itself. more

BIS, Patent, RDSO and SO are created for the benefit of the nation so that good quality products are being manufactured and sold. The officials of the organisation are to get application for approval from manufacturers, suppliers and also individuals for certifying the product, quality and services. The officials are Government and quasi Government employees and get paid very high with perks and also with additional benefits like pension, medical etc. Every head of the organisation must think and develop a plan to make these officials work. Fix norms and make it hard for them to bargain from customers. Why not a programme developed so that on application the customer is ready to be inspected and the inspector to visit on any day suitable within a time the customer's premises for a full inspection and approval . The decision to be indicated in writing. Give incentive to the total certificates issued and fix targets. Teething problems are to be solved as and when a situation occurs. Create an audit cell in the agency which will supervise and establish the certification completion with from the date of application to the certification. Additionally every agency must have an appellant tribunal wherein the applicant can complaint and get redressed his grievance. more

The most corrupt people are those who pay money to get some work done as a favour. Please excuse me if it hurts you but the ground reality is this. We pay money to get some favour or some work is got done which may not be legalised but is being done on the power of money. Someone may say that if we do not pay then we are compelled to suffer. Then why dont we suffer in the first instance and then take alternative route to fix such officials. The only problem is that we do not want to bell the cat and hence corruption continue unabated. Dont we think that even the election 2014 were full of corruption when its President declared promises as "election jumlas". Winning something on fake promises or misleading information shall also be treated as corrupt practices. Excuse me if I have over jumped. more

पुराना शेर याद आ गया – यारब शराब पीने दे मस्जिद मे बैठ कर , या वो जगह बता दे जहां पे खुदा न हो – तो क्या आप हिंदुस्तान की एक ऐसी संस्था बताएँगे जहां भ्रस्टाचार नहीं है – यह हमारे पूरे सिस्टम मे किसी ना किसी रूप मे व्याप्त है और जितना ही इसकी खिलाफत हो रही है उतना ही बढ़ रहा है more
