Corruption a necessary evil?
Every one is talking about corruption in Govt .machinery. But have we realised the actual cause of corruption at grass root level which is initiated none other than a AAM AADMI of the country? Most of us tries to bypass the due course for getting things done. Its the ordinary man who first tries to find the channel to get his work done without any delay. For instance will you give the conductor or TTE actual fine for ticketless travelling instead of few bucks without receipt? Corruption in ordinary men should be equally dealt with. Sometimes corruption is a necessary evil. Isn't? more

The best way is to use the technology to help get normal things done through technology where the manual intervention is nil. With the advent of the AADHAAR card, it should not be difficult since it can be check online. Such things as car registration, driver's licence, passport, filing an FIR, checking the car registration etc online as you ride through on any road, etc. And the best one I found was to have a transmitter attached to the collar of every government servant, so that whatever he speaks is record centrally, including the police. Also all the places to have CCTV coverage, like offices, roads, etc.Then you do not have to do a sting, all are covered for a sting always. It just wouldn't happen. And it is being done in other countries. We can see the people walking on the streets of New York live on the net !!! Here we find that the CCTVs were not working int he lobbies of the LEELA in Delhi !!! It is one of the top hotels and charges are just too much . Come to think of it, how could they afford to live in such a hotel on his own income ? or was the bill voted by us the public ? more

It appears as if there is something wrong with the system. My note sent one hour ago went through, but my two notes sent a half hour ago and another similar one over four hours ago did not go through. Strange, indeed! Now, would someone please look into it. I'm addressing here the Administrator of this Local Circle. This is the first time it's happened......Would appreciate your feedback after you've investigated .....thanks! more
