Constrain in development of India & increasing people sufferings at all levels are largely due to increasing corruption & lack of transparency in all facet of activities. People are compelling to accept the unethical work to get the job done to avoid harassment.

I think any amount of reforms,transperancy,goverence are not going to help a certain cross section of population who are not having approach to government of the governence. It means that universal gaps will be always there with changes in leaderships.Recent UAN introduction in EPF is eye washing. I am an EPF pensioner having seven years of arrears yet to be obtained after spending of all means of communication with our EPF Office Noida. more

I think , as per the rules after chart preparation cancellation of the ticket can't be done. If you could able to cancel the ticket You should receive 50% price refund, as some other person travelled in ur seat. Few years back I missed a train, get 50% refund after giving a written application in GM office. The refund was send by cheque at my home address. TDR will give full refund if party demand if the train depart late more than 2 hrs due to some reasons. You should contact railway enquiry or customer care through mail or their contact no. giving details of ur ticket. more

recently i had a bed experience. i booked two tickets from Lucknow to Pune in the name of my son on irctc web by internett. I canceled one ticket as soonas chart of train got prepared.I filed TDR for refund, i have been informedby TDR team that as per information provided by railways, passenger traveled &hence refund is not admissible.this is how corruption works. central government departments like customs house, courts (both high court and local court) corruption from the low level staff the concern officials are also supporting to safe their skin and employment. Unauthorized and contingent ( not properly recruited by the dept) and office assistance are holding the files and demand money from the public even this was intimated as complaint no use . The chief official say the chief justice or the chief commissioner has not control this has to be monitored and arrest immediately permanently. Due to this corruption the moral behavior of the individual is also induced to violate the public rule and regulation and the ultimate result is not able to follow the person who admires BHARATH MATHA - INDIA more
