Corrupt Departments of Delhi Government

What have been the most corrupt departments/processes of Delhi traditionally and what should Kejriwal do to straighten them? more

MCD, DDA and Government hospitals are most corrupt departments that needs to be straightened. One way of doing this is by putting up citizen charters at all the prominent places in these institutions. Appropriate helpline numbers for quick redressal of grievances should be set up. Right to Service Bills should be strictly implemented. more

Kejriwal needs to straighten himself up the first, and urgently so. Taking support from Congress is like Bush/Obama taking support from bin Laden to fight terrorism. The episode is a bigger fraud than 2G, Coalgate, Vadra et al put together. And, the joke's on the poor people. more
